TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Your proposal to purchase goods is accepted upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these terms all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be indebted to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after a confirmation email has been sent with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 15 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping.

ITEMS CAN NOT BE OPENED OR USED.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. We cannot take returns on used products, as determined by The Beat Cosmetics LLC. Products obtained at Pop up shops, promotional events or not bought online at TheBeatHouseCosmetics.com can not be returned. 

 

To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:

1. Click to download a copy of the return form and list the items you are returning and your order number on the form 

2. We recommend shipping your return with a provision that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
